Volunteers Needed for Set-up & Tear-down of Showcase Lake Stevens - The Chamber is in need of volunteers from 8:00-10:00 a.m. for set-up and 4:00-5:00 p.m. for tear-down on Saturday, April 12th for the Showcase Lake Stevens event. If you have a booth and are able to show up early, or if you are not doing a booth that day, but have a couple of hours to offer in the morning or afternoon we would appreciate the help. Please call event chair Don Speirs at 425-346-9422 to coordinate. Thank you!

Last Chance to Update Membership Info for Directories - The 2008 Membership Directory has been sent to the printer. We will be doing final proofing next week. If you have any updates that need to be made on your membership file, please contact the Chamber Office by Monday. Chamber’s May Luncheon Third Monday - Mark your calendar now for the May 19th Chamber luncheon. This is the one meeting each year that happens on the third Monday instead of the second as usual.

City of Lake Stevens Community Meeting – Thursday, April 10, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. – Cavelero Mid-High

DECA – Annual newspaper Ads Available  - DECA students came to the March luncheon and gave us a short overview of their annual newspaper that they put together and have printed. At that time they talked about ad space that was available. For your convenience here is a list of ad sizes and prices. If you are interested in purchasing ads please contact Heather Session at 425-422-6064 or 425-334-3515 or Elizabeth Nielsen at 425-478-7340. Both are DECA students. The paper is distributed as a one-time insert in the Journal, as well as distribution by the students throughout the year and the proceeds support DECA projects.
