CITIZEN/JR CITIZEN OF THE YEAR—2008

I wish to nominate the person named below as the Greater Lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce Citizen/Junior Citizen of the Year. (Junior Citizen must be 18 years or younger). 

I feel this person should receive this honor because he/she has given outstanding volunteer service to the Greater Lake Stevens area over a period of time. This individual has made significant contributions of benefit to the residents of our community in one or more ways. Please describe below.

The Citizen and Junior Citizen of the Year will be honored during Aquafest and at a Chamber luncheon.
